At Zestikart.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we are a multivendor marketplace, each vendor manages their own products, shipping, and return policies. This page explains how returns and refunds work on our platform.

1. General Policy

  • Returns and refunds are available for eligible products only.

  • Not all items are returnable (e.g., perishable goods, digital downloads, personal care items).

  • Each vendor may have specific policies that apply to their products.


2. Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within [ 7 Days ] of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.


3. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved by the vendor, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines depend on the vendor and payment gateway, usually [  3 To 7 working days].


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


5. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact the vendor immediately.

  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • If approved, vendors may provide prepaid return labels.


7. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policies on product listings.

  • Vendors are required to honor their stated policies and comply with Zestikart’s guidelines.


8. Zestikart’s Role

  • Zestikart acts as a platform and is not the direct seller.

  • In case of disputes, our support team may step in to mediate between buyers and vendors.


9. How to Request a Return

  1. Login to your account → Orders.

  2. Select the product you wish to return.

  3. Submit a return request with reason and photos (if applicable).

  4. Wait for vendor confirmation and return instructions.
